Firearms and parts:
These may be shipped directly to us for repair/ refinishing since we are a licensed firearms manufacturer. You do not need to have a local firearms dealer ship for you. Any firearms parts that include the serial numbered receiver require us to return them to the original sender.
When shipping firearms, parts or accessories please include instructions and color selection in the package along with name and return information.
When firearms parts are being returned that include the serial numbered firearm receiver (frame), BATF requires that a signature is obtained from an adult at the location we ship to. Parts that we refinish other than the frame or receiver do not require a signature for delivery. When shipping parts other than the receiver or frame, you can opt of the signature requirement but you must do so in writing via email. The signature also helps prevent UPS from denying a claim if a package is stolen off your porch. We return ship using UPS ground.
UPS insurance is $.85 per $100. of value. A $500 firearm will have only an insurance charge of $4.00 whereas a $10,000 machine gun will have an insurance charge of $80. When sending expensive firearms to us, please use these calculation to determine the insurance to add. Please state in your instructions the amount you want the firearm insured for when we return it. If no instructions for insurance are included in your package and you do not provide insurance funds, then your package will be insured for $100.
Insuring your project for its replacement value is your responsibility and for your protection. UPS, Fedex and USPS do lose packages.
This Shipping Policy applies to your purchases from fctacticalgear.com (the “Website”) We reserve the right to change this Shipping Policy from time to time. It is your responsibility as part of your account and/or prior to making any purchase(s) to review this Shipping Policy as it is updated from time to time. Your continued use of an account and/or by making any purchase(s) through the Website constitutes your agreement to this Shipping Policy. The term “You” refers to the account holder(s) and/or any person making a purchase from the Website. When Products are Shipped:
Firearm purchases are usually shipped within three business days of receiving your payment and copy of the Federal Firearms Licensee from your Local FFL Dealer. You are required to provide FC Tactical Gear LLC with a copy of the Federal Firearms Licensee from your Local FFL Dealer. It is not the responsibility of FC Tactical Gear LLC to track one down for you. Non-Firearm orders are usually shipped within three business days of payment receipt. These are estimated shipping dates based on past performance but are not guaranteed and could vary.
Methods of Shipment:
We ship orders primarily through the United States Postal Service (USPS) but also use United Parcel Service (UPS).
USPS: These shipments are Shipped Priority Mail Flat Rate Box. In most cases, the expected delivery date printed on your receipt or provided at checkout will reflect a delivery time of 1, 2, or 3 business days and is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time. The expected delivery date is not guaranteed and we assume no responsibility for any delays in shipment. The USPS Includes USPS Tracking™.
UPS: Shipments are Shipped Ground. In most cases, the expected delivery date from pickup will be between 2 and 8 days based on origin, destination, and drop off time. The expected delivery date is not guaranteed and we assume no responsibility for any delays in shipment. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico must be through UPS. Shipping fees and handling charges are higher than our standard rates. You must contact FC Tactical Gear at 682-235-9966 for a quote.
Expedited Shipping: If expedited shipping is desired the shipping and handling fees will be greater. You Must Contact FC Tactical Gear at firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote.
No P.O. Boxes – We do not ship to a P.O. Box. We must have a valid mailing address to ship your order. You are responsible for the mailing address provided and for any loss associated with providing us incomplete or inaccurate mailing information.
Your Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all fees and charges for shipping, including the costs of all applicable insurance, fees and other charges. Total Shipping Charges for Your Order will be Calculated on Checkout before you confirm and submit order.
