This warranty is granted by FC Tactical LLC. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and applies to the original owner of any firearm. With respect to such firearms, this warranty supersedes any and all other warranties. FC Tactical firearms are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Any such defects of which FC Tactical receives written notice within one year from the date of purchase by the original owner, will be remedied by FC Tactical without charge within a reasonable time after such notification and delivery of the firearm as provided below.
Warranty claims must be submitted via the Contact Form and the firearm concerned should be delivered to FC Tactical Service Department, 920 Dove Cove, Northlake TX 76226. To initiate a warranty claim please utilize our Contact Form and a representative will contact you for more information and to issue a Return Authorization Number. In addition, a copy of the bill of sale in the owner’s name, or a copy of ATF Form 4473 indicating date of purchase must be included. It is important that the owner comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations in the shipment of firearms to FC Tactical. Warranty claims should state the model and serial number of the firearm concerned and the description of the difficulty experienced.
NOTE: It is the responsibility of the consumer to ship any non-serialized products to FC Tactical Gear LLC for service. FC Tactical Gear LLC is not liable for any shipping charges incurred by the consumer.
If you believe your FC Tactical Gear product needs service, please contact our Customer Service Department via our Contact Form to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. To receive RA number, consumer must provide a copy of original receipt of purchase with purchase date to a Customer Service representative. Receipts with a date outside of the 1 year warranty period are not valid for the Limited 1 Year Warranty. These documents can be uploaded electronically via our Contact Form.
It is recommended that shipments be insured by the owner, since FC Tactical will accept no responsibility for loss or damage in transit. Transportation and insurance charges for return to owner will be paid by FC Tactical if the claim is covered by the warranty. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL FC TACTICAL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WITH RESPECT TO ECONOMIC LOSS, INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, WHETHER AS A RESULT OF BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
NOTE: Service time frame may vary due to service queue and availability of parts from foreign manufacturers.
SERVICES OUTSIDE OF WARRANTY COVERAGE:
Any firearms requiring service outside of the scope of manufacturer warranty require a minimum $45 shipping and handling fee for return shipping expenses. This fee must be paid prior to issuance of a RA (Return Authorization Number) from Customer Service. It is the responsibility of the owner of the firearm to pay shipping expenses incurred for the firearm to return to FC Tactical Gear’s facility.
Once inspected, you will receive a service quote for the cost of parts and labor for any fees required to service the firearm. No service work will be performed without authorization following issuance of the quote. Should the service quote be accepted, all fees must be paid prior to return of the firearm to the customer. Should the service quote be refused, no work will be performed and firearm will be returned to the customer in the condition in which it was received. If no response to an issued quote is received by FC Tactical Gear within 30 days of issuance, the firearm will be returned to the customer in the condition in which it was received.
All payments can be made through FC Tactical Gear Customer Service via Credit/Debit Card or by mailing a USPS money order addressed to FC Tactical Gear at 920 Dove Cove, Northlake TX 76226.
FC Tactical will not be responsible for:
- Defects or malfunctions resulting from careless handling, unauthorized adjustments or modifications made or attempted by anyone other than a qualified gunsmith following FC Tactical authorized procedures, or failure to follow the disassembly instructions in the FC Tactical manual.
- Use of defective or improper ammunition, corrosion, neglect, abuse, ordinary wear and tear, or unreasonable use.
- Criminal misuse, negligence or use under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Note: All liability is excluded in the event that the instructions in the FC Tactical manual are not observed.
